From CTI to the Global Circularity Protocol
The Global Circularity Protocol for Business is the new international framework from WBCSD and the UNEP hosted One Planet Network that helps companies measure, manage and communicate circular performance in a consistent way across sectors and regions.
CTI sits at the heart of this framework. The CTI indicators and methodology are one of the main building blocks that GCP uses for circularity metrics and the protocol is designed to align with ISO 59020, ESRS E5, GRI and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
CTI Tool was developed together with the WBCSD for applying the Circular Transition Indicators in practice. By using CTI Tool you build the material level data and indicators that GCP expects, which means you can reuse your CTI work when you start working with GCP.
